The engineering firm, which is located in the Crestview Heights section of the Town of Owego, got its start 30 years ago supporting IBM Federal Systems which is now Lockheed. ENSCO develops software, testing and system integration for flight control, engine control and navigation for both commercial and military aircraft. Vice President Neil Fifield says ENSCO has 200 employees and growing.

"The future is looking really good for us. Our business has been growing. Currently, right now, we're also looking to add engineers if we can. We'll be going to the Chamber's Project Homecoming," said Fifield.

The Project Homecoming Fair is this Friday from 10 to 4 at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City. Fifield says, in addition to the recruiting assistance, Chamber membership helps ENSCO with updates on changing laws and business practices and provides literature to assist new hires.
