Summary: The Director - Financial Planning directs financial planning and budgeting activities and resources.

Responsibilities:
• Supervises and directs daily operations.
• Oversees long-term financial planning and modeling.
• Directs preparation of annual integrated strategic financial plan.
• Directs monthly financial operational analysis and closing activities.
• Develops and coordinates capital allocation process.
• Develops initial methodology, implements strategy and ensures ongoing coordination of the process.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:
• Minimum 6 years health care experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management position required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business area required.
• Master's Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field preferred.

Licenses & Certifications: Certified Public Accountant preferred, but not required.
