All eyes were on Tony Stewart as he made his return to the Number 14 car at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Stewart made some noise early in his return to the track, but a tire blowout ended his race prematurely. The three time champion received a big cheer when he was introduced before the race. Starting in the 12th spot, Stewart spent the beginning of the race in the top 10, running as high as fourth, but then in the 122nd lap, Kyle Bush's car got loose coming out of turn 2 and crashed into Stewart, sending both cars into the wall. Stewart continued on but eventually pulled his car into the garage, effectively ending his night.

There was still a lot of racing to do. Let's get right to the end, two laps to go Kasey Kahne in the lead, a win means a birth to the Chase.
Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch collide and that brings out a caution. Kahne would drop four spots on the pit stop. On the second green white checkered attempt, Kahne restarting in the second row, he splits the leaders and passes Matt Kenseth for the lead and Kahne drives his way back to the front. Final lap, Kahne hangs on for the win and will now be apart of the Chase. It's the first win of the year for Kasey Kahne.
