Mets Defeat Marlins, 8-6

After coming up on the wrong end of a high scoring affair in game one, the Mets looked to get back on track on the road against the Marlins.

Top of the 1st, David Wright singles up the middle, Juan Lagares scores, 1-0 Mets.

To the second, Lagares doubles to deep right field, Wilmer Flores scores, 3-0 Mets.

3rd inning, here come the Marlins, down 4-1, Giancarlo Stanton with the two run blast to center field and the lead is cut to one.

But the Mets strike right back in the fourth, Wright hits a ground rule double to deep right field, Lagares scores, Mets go up 6-3 and they go on to win 8-6.
