B-Mets Take Two in Double-Header

The B-Mets played a double header against the division leading Portland Sea Dogs.

Former BU Bearcat Mike Augliera got the start for Portland in game one and the B-Mets jumped on him early.

Bottom first, Brian Burgamy with the solo shot over the scoreboard in right, absolute bomb. 1-0 B-Mets.

Bottom 5, Dilson Herrera with the single up the middle, two runs score, B-Mets up 3-0.

Couple batters later, Dustin Lawley with the 2 run blast over the left field wall. B-Mets lead 5-0.

They go on to take game one 6-1.

In game 2, B-Mets getting it done on defense, #2's line drive comes right to the glove of T.J. Rivera, great play.

Couple batters later, Gabriel Ynoa gets the strikeout to end the inning.

Bottom of the inning, Rylan Sandoval single over the outstreched glove of Sean Coyle, 1-0 B-Mets.

Portland starter Mike McCarthy gets the strike out to get out of the jam to end the inning but B-Mets only needed one run.

They win 1-0.
