B-Mets Sweep Series with 3-0 Win Over Flying Squirrels

With their magic number to clinch a playoff spot down to 14, the B-Mets looked for the sweep against the Richmond Flying Squirrels.

Matt Bowman was on fire, gets Mario Lisson to strike out swinging here.

Later on, he gets Eliezer Zambrano to ground out to second to end the inning. Nice defense by the B-Mets.

Keeping it going, Tyler Graham with the broken ground bat out to third and we are still scoreless.

To the sixth, Bowman rings up opposing pitcher Ty Blach.

Bowman finished with five strikeouts over six scoreless innings.

The B-Mets broke through in the 8th on doubles by Burgamy and Jace Boyd.

B-Mets win 3-0 and sweep the series.
