The B-Mets bats came alive late as they took down the Richmond Flying Squirrels in game one at The Diamond. They looked to keep the hits coming in game two.

And they did just that, Brian Burgamy homers in the top of the first,1-0 B-Mets.

Still in the first, TJ Rivera bounces one down the line, B-Mets take 3-0 lead and never looked back.

A big reason why? Gregg Peavy was on the mound and he was lights out. Here is one of his four strikeouts on the night.

To the 5th, a routine single by Devin Harris. Why I am I showing this? Well this is the first hit Peavy gave up.

He went six and two thirds innings, gave up just three hits and did not allow a run.

B-Mets win 5-1.
