After avoiding the sweep against Portland, the B-Mets continued their road trip as they faced off against the Trenton Thunder.

Trenton struck first and then the two teams traded runs in the top and bottom half of the fourth and fifth innings and the B-Mets led 4-3 through five.

But the Thunder scored three in the bottom of the 7th to take a 6-5 lead and they never looked back.

T.J. Rivera was 3 for 4 on the night with an RBI and Tyler Pill gave up three earned runs and struck out nine in six innings of work but B-Mets lose 6-5.
