Binghamton Mayor Rich David says police have responded more than 15-hundred times since January of 2008 to Town and Country Apartments on the northside.
Calls have included for homicide, drugs, assaults, domestic violence, warrants, runaways, harrassment, larcenies, noise, shots fired and hazardous conditions.
Mayor David says the city, including representatives from the police department and corporation counsel, will be meeting with Town and Country owners about addressing problems at the complex.
David says the entire complex will not be locked down, although specific units could be targeted depending on how meetings go and what past problems show.
