An Apalachin man has been arrested for robbing a convenience store in Binghamton last week.

Mark Lake, 44, is accused of armed robbery for allegedly entering the Kwik Fill on Main Street last Wednesday at around 9:40 p.m. and demanding money from the clerk.

Police said he was wearing a dark ski mask and showed the clerk what looked like the handle of a handgun.

Investigators say Lake made off with an unknown amount of cash.
