The Whole in the Wall Restaurant on South Washington St. is typically open Wednesday through Saturday, but it plans to open up every day of Restaurant Week to keep up with demand.
Whole in the Wall offers a three course lunch for $12, three course dinner for $20 and a four course dinner for $25.
Among the items on the special menu, a variation on the popular garlic ball called the onion ball. Eliot's pierogy lasagna. And enchiladas, chicken or vegetarian, with a special rancheros sauce made with tomatillos.
Senior Partner Eliot Fiks says it's no coincidence that all 21 eateries are locally owned and operated.
"We want people to remember that when you come to a local restaurant, not only do you feed your tummy, but you also feed the local economy because the money stays in Binghamton," said Fiks.
Whole in the Wall is open 11 to 10 every day through next Thursday.
