Obama plans to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame to discuss the value of tourism to the U.S. economy.

Just last week, he was in the Hudson Valley visiting the Tappan Zee Bridge to highlight the nation's aging infrastructure.

Last August, Obama made a visit to Binghamton University to promote reforms he suggested for higher education.
