Pennsylvania Man Charged With Homicide

- A Susquehanna County man has been charged with homicide by vehicle following a crash last September that killed a 6-month-old girl.

Pennsylvania State Police arrested 21-year-old Zachary Larue of Kingsley.

Police say that at 7 p.m. on September 2nd he caused a crash at the intersection of Routes 92 and 106 in Lenox Township resulting in the death of the baby girl.

Larue is also charged with aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, and careless and reckless driving.
