Wednesday marks the last day of a fundraising campaign at Old Barn Hollow, a local farm and artisan market in Binghamton.

For the past month, the store has been raising money with the goal of purchasing new kitchen equipment and eventually moving to a new location.

Everything sold at Old Barn Hollow is locally grown and crafted, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan baked goods.

Money from the fundraiser will also be put towards creating the only 100 percent gluten-free bakery in Greater Binghamton.

Karen Allen, who is the owner of Old Barn, says a larger and updated store would be a huge help to local farmers and people with specific dietary needs.

"We want to purchase more refrigeration, more commercial equipment, and more commercial bakery equipment, because we can't keep up with our current equipment. The demand is great for local food," said Allen.

The market is offering perks like gluten-free cookies, jams, jellies, and t-shirts for any contributions over $25.
