Mirabito Energy Products has significantly expanded its chain of gas station convenience stores with the purchase of Manley's Mighty Marts.

Mirabito bought all 17 locations from Manley's founder Tony Manley. It brings the Binghamton based company up 74 retail locations across Central New York and dramatically increases its presence in Broome County.

Manley's customers won't see any changes in the near future.

"All the programs will remain the same. You'll see the same faces there. The same gasoline brands. The Weis program is still accepted at all of the Manley's locations. For now, we'll be running it as an independent entity," said CEO Joe Mirabito.

Eventually, the Manley's will be rebranded as Mirabito.

In an unrelated transaction, Mirabito is also planning to reopen the gas station on the Vestal Parkway across from Target that was once a Hess.
