BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - After closing abruptly Monday, a chicken staple in Binghamton may not be out of business for long.
Kennedy Fried Chicken posted a "Closed" sign on its door on Monday.
NewsChannel 34 stopped by the business Tuesday and a new sign says it will re-open on April 24th.
One neighbor says the chicken is great and its late night hours are convenient.
Kennedy Fried Chicken is open until 3 a.m. and has a reputation of offering loose cigarettes, similar to big city style bodegas.
