As we told you last week, Denver Jones was disqualified from the ballot by the State Board of Elections after throwing out more than 700 of his petition signatures over various technicalities.
He appealed to the State Supreme Court which threw out even more of his signatures leaving him with only 815 of the 1,000 he needs to force a primary.
His attorney, Douglas Walter Drazen, told NewsChannel 34 that he is currently preparing another appeal which is scheduled to be heard by the Appellate Division on the Thursday of next week.
