Police are looking for Clifton McBean of Ithaca after responding to a shots-fired complaint at the intersection of South Plain Street and Cleveland Avenue.
Police determined that a shooting victim had been taken from the scene to a local hospital.
They say the victim was shot twice.
The victim is now at a regional trauma center, police say.
