The children of Tioga County businessman Cal Harris are planning a public campaign pleading for information regarding their mothers' disappearance.

Cal Harris has been convicted of murdering his estranged wife Michele by two separate Tioga County juries, only to have the convictions set aside by a trial judge and an appeals court.

Michele Harris was last seen on September 11th, 2001. Her body and a murder weapon have never been found. Although evidence of her blood inside the family home was used at trial.

A news release from a wrongful conviction specialist says that Cal will be joined by his four children on Wednesday at a news conference in Owego. The family plans to announce a confidential tip line for information about Michele's disappearance.

The release quotes daughter Cayla Harris as saying she and her siblings know that their father was not involved in her disappearance and they're seeking the truth about what happened to their mother.
