The last minute dash is on to secure votes in tomorrow's Congressional Republican Primary race.

Congressman Richard Hanna stopped by the Park Diner in Binghamton this afternoon to talk with people having lunch.

Hanna has been in the U.S. House of Representatives for two terms and is being challenged by conservative state assemblywoman Claudia Tenney.

Hanna says he works for the people of his district, writes explanations of how he votes on every bill and responds quickly to concerned constituents.

"Certainly, we have worked in this community for the past two years the best we can to try to find ways to build this community, grown opportunity. We worked with Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems and the new mayor and in virtually any place and with everyone we can. We have a full-time office right here at the Metro Center," said Hanna.

Polls are open from noon until 9 p.m. tomorrow.
