Former Boy Scout Leader pleads guilty to child porn charges

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - An ousted local Boy Scout Leader has pleaded guilty to sending and receiving child pornography.

Nathan Boguhn, 50, has pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving and distributing child pornography on his computer.

He was arrested in November after police found the material while searching his home.

After his arrest, he was immediately fired from his position with the Baden-Powell Council.

Boguhn will be sentenced on July 18th and faces up to 20 years in prison.
