A group of high school students had a chance to learn about careers in the financial sector Wednesday morning.
Ninth and tenth grade students from Binghamton, Union-Endicott, Deposit, Whitney Point and other schools went to Visions Federal Credit Union to hear from a panel of experts. It included Carolyn Schapiro from the School of Management at Binghamton University and Tyrone Muse who is the President and CEO of Visions. The financial experts discussed college, how to begin a professional career and the tools needed for success.

Ben Bedosky says "I've learned a lot today from Tyrone and all the other speakers here. I've learned about your goals and you got to set goals in life to achieve what you want. There might be a fork in the road but you've got to keep your options open and keep going."

Wednesday night's public financial talk session at Visions has been cancelled due to the weather.
