Entrepreneurs share stories with SUNY Broome students

- Binghamton (WIVT) - SUNY Broome students interested in starting their own businesses got some advice from a couple of their peers recently.

Binghamton University students Scott Wisotsky and Shachar Avraham visited an entrepreneurship class at Broome.

The B.U. seniors launched their own interactive treasure hunt app for smart phones called Campus Pursuit.

Each day, it sends subscribers a clue to where to find a hidden gift card from a local business somewhere on campus.

Wisotsky said you're never too young to launch your own company.

"Age is just a number. In other countries, the borders are being defended by 20 or 21 or 22 year-olds. So, don't let age hold you back," he said.

Campus Pursuit is currently active on five New York campuses: B.U., SUNY Broome, SUNY Albany, Cornell and Ithaca College.
