With it's close proximity to the sidewalk and traffic, Supervisor Rose Sotak, says the town is working on tearing it down as soon as possible. It is currently being inspected for asbestos and from there the town will seek bids for demolition.
Sotak says that although it's mainly a safety issue, it will also benefit the community by making the property more desirable for redevelopment.
