An antique store in Owego has moved a little closer to the heart of the action.

Dunbar Antiques and the 'Erb Lady held a ribbon cutting today.

The year and a half old store has relocated from North Avenue to Lake St.

The shop features a variety of antiques including furniture, estate glass, oriental rugs and artwork.

Plus it sells organic herbs and other locally sourced products.

Sandy Knapp-Dunbar and her husband Fran opened the store after spending 20 years selling at antique shows.

She says they try to offer items not sold elsewhere at a reasonable price.

"We really love Owego, we support Owego. Owego has a really healthy downtown shopping district and I feel very lucky to be a part of it," said Knapp-Dunbar.

Dunbar Antiques and the 'Erb Lady is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 to 6.

On the first and third Sunday its open 11 to 4.

And during Friday Art Walks it stays open til 8.
