Binghamton's new mayor says he's putting a renewed emphasis on ethics.

Republican Rich David says the city will host an ethics training seminar for department heads, new management and political appointees. The seminar will take place this Thursday at 5:30 in the City Council Chambers. David is also urging members of City Council to attend. Topics include conflicts of interest, political solicitations and disclosure of interest.
