Citrea in Binghamton hosts Cruisin' Car Show for Father's Day

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - You can treat Dad to a classic car from his youth this weekend while enjoying the beauty of Binghamton's Riverwalk.

Citrea Restaurant is hosting a Cruisin' Car Show for Father's Day on Sunday.

Longtime patron Charlie Randall is bringing old cars from his collection to the city park outside Citrea and inviting others to do the same.

He'll have his '69 Mustang Fastback, a '72 Oldsmobile Toronado and this 1938 Chevy Coupe.

Randall says many men remember the first car they had growing up and now they could be classics.

"The area out in front of the Citrea restaurant, I think is really conducive for people to sit, relax and obviously enjoy good food. But, also take a look at the cars, have a walk around, enjoy the City of Binghamton," said classic car owner Charlie Randall

The car show runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Citrea will have its usual bottomless mimosas and special for Father's Day, a pulled pork barbecue pizza.

They'll be selling special t-shirts made by Muckles' Ink and there will be live music from Joe Steno.
