BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton University student accused of killing a classmate in his dorm room has been indicted on murder charges.
Twenty-year old Michael Roque of Nassau County, Long Island has been indicted on second degree murder charges by a Broome County grand jury.
Roque is accused of stabbing and killing 19-year old Joao Souza inside his on-campus suite in Windham Hall, located in the Mountainview Community.
Police arrested Roque inside his dorm room the day after the incident.
