New York State Police are investigating a fatal train accident on Saturday.

38-year-old Holly Nalepa, who lived at the YWCA in Binghamton, was laying on the tracks behind ABC Lumber on Pearl St. in Endwell.

A Canadian Pacific Train was traveling east when the conductor saw her and sounded a horn, but the train was unable to stop in time.

An autopsy will be performed on her body.
