The high school art gallery is exhibiting a district-wide art show for the fifth consecutive year. Over 200 pieces are on display with Binghamton's art teachers from all 10 schools.
The little kids get very excited about seeing their work alongside their older colleagues.
"I love the artwork we get from the students. It's so creative. The teachers are wonderful coming up with new and creative projects every year, they are just pulling great things from the students," said art teacher and show coordinator Sarah Ainsworth.
There are also exhibitions by three high school International Baccalaureate students.
Last night, an opening reception was held which coincided with a concert fundraiser for the music department in the adjoining Helen Foley Theater.
