Binghamton (WIVT) -  A Binghamton man has been accused of cooking methamphetamine at his Northside home.

Binghamton Police say they were called to 23 Blanchard Avenue at around 7:30 Tuesday morning for a report of a man throwing tires and playing loud music.

Police say they subsequently found evidence of a working meth lab.

They arrested Scott Salmini, 27, on meth manufacturing charges.

With the assistance of the fire department and the State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Unit, investigators said they found several items associated with a meth lab as well as 10 ounces of meth oil.
